We’re not a high-street shop with walk-in customers and weekend rosters. We’re a focused, office-based team that genuinely loves what we sell — and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit right in.

No weekends. No late nights. We work Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm. That’s it (the occasional function aside).
Flexible hours available — minimum 22.5 hours per week, and we’re open to remote arrangements for the right candidate in regional Victoria or interstate.

Your days will revolve around talking to people — via phone and email — who are seriously considering remarkable journeys.
You’ll be helping them figure out which trip is right for them, following up on enquiries, making bookings, and keeping things moving behind the scenes with our admin team and international partners.

You’re naturally warm, easy to talk to, and comfortable with clients from all walks of life
You’ve got one to two years of travel industry sales experience (this one’s a must)
You know how to hit targets without losing the personal touch
You can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
You pick up new systems quickly and don’t shy away from tech
You’re a team player who pitches in when it’s needed
