More ways to pay for your travel adventure with Expedition Partners

We hope to make the booking process straight-forward with Expedition Partners.

Most of our clients pay us by bank transfer. Full account details (including PayID) will be provided on your booking confirmation. We bank with Bendigo Bank (BSB 633 000) and our account name is Flower Travel trading as Expedition Partners.

For your peace of mind, we encourage our clients to verbally confirm our bank details prior to making a first time payment.

We also accept credit cards subject to bank imposed fees – Visa 1.2%, MasterCard 1.4% and American Express 1.8%

For data security reasons we do not take credit card details over the phone. Payments by credit card are via a secure portal (PCI Data Security compliant).

We also accept payment by the following methods:

American Express Membership Rewards Card Members – ‘Pay with Points’ when you pay us for travel.

How to pay with Amex rewards points

  1. Contact us and we will help you find the travel options you want.
  2. Tell your Expedition Partner that you want to pay with points using TravelPay and we will send you a link to our TravelPay online payment page.
  3. Complete the online payment process with your American Express® Card.
  4. After submitting your payment and when the SafeKey screen appears, select the option to ‘Use Points’. Confirm the amount and click ‘Use Points’. You can even choose points plus payment.
  5. The amount you confirmed will appear as a credit on your statement within 72 hours.

Redeem CommBank Awards points on your dream holiday

How to pay with CommBank Awards points

  1. Simply advise your expedition partner that you wish to pay for all or part of your trip with CommBank Awards points.
  2. We shall follow a process set out by Commonwealth Bank to redeem your points.
  3. You authorise us to redeem the points towards your booking.

Use Flight Centre Gift Cards with Expedition partners

How to pay with Flight Centre Gift Cards

  1. Simply advise your expedition partner that you wish to pay for all or part of your trip with CommBank Awards points.
  2. We shall ask for the card details to organise redemption – note that Flight Centre Accounts often request a photocopy of the Gift Card for verification purposes.
